If you want slower kill times you have to remove sprint. It’s a give and take. This is the SLOWEST kill time for any game that has sprint.
If Killtimes were even .25 seconds slower, this game would even be a bigger job.

BUT I would say that kill times are too quick, but I think it is the average kill times and not the perfect kill times primarily. Body shots just do too much damage, or head shots are too easy. It is impossible to tell without a custom game lobby or something.

kill times should mostly be slowed from increasing shields a little i think. However the AR needs a nerf, at least remove the headshot bonus that alone would do good. BR and Dmr feel amazing, adding a little bit to the shields to make it last one more burst to kill would be to my liking.

ahh another sprint hater. I actually disagree with all you stated logic. i felt battlefield in particular had a little bit slower kill times than this new halo, which bugs me a lot. I feel sprint does make it less competitive in the sense that it allows for retreats (which i do think a player can make a retreat into a skillful play) but it also allows for a coordinated team to quickly get a flank an opponent, which i have been loving.
Kill times are too quick, shields should be buffed, and skill gap should be increased.
Kill times seem insanely quick and head shots with BR seems too easy. A couple of times I’ve been sure that I missed and picked up the head shot regardless.

Bullet magnetism = sad times
Bullet magnetism needs to go while the kill times are fine considering the abilities , that being said removing the crutch of bullet magnetism would increase the kill time for the less skilled player

Nope, Halo 4 had stronger shields than H5. It’s a matter of map-design whether sprint becomes a burden or not. Currently the shields are just too weak. A grenade which explodes three or four meters in front of you takes away almost half of your shield. Halo had never such quick kill-times and it should never have.

weapons are balanced and shield is where it needs to be. All weapons need RoF nerf to add 0.2 secs added to kill times and a big bullet magnetism nerf
I would have to agree with number 1 the most. I think the weapons feel pretty good, they just rip through shields waaaaaaay too quickly (this includes grenades). If shields received a small buff, then I would have minimal complaints with this game. Mechanics feel good and surprisingly enough, I feel many Spartan abilities actually affect game movement in a pretty positive way. It is a very different feel than the original trilogy but still has a Halo feel to it, more so than Halo 4.
