This has been happening in evolved big team battle. Me and others will finish a game with like X amount of kills, usually a high number in the 20, 30, 40’s etc. Only to be shown in the post game stats that nearly half our kills are gone.
What is going on? Anyone else?

Ahh, the elusive BTB scoring system.
The scoring system in BTB isn’t just kills, its points. So for a headshot with a DMR, Needle rifle, sniper etc. you get two points instead of one. Same with things like splatters, sticks, splasers; stuff like that.
Don’t worry, you’re not losing kills! Just got extra for being epic!
That’s only heavies though, not normal BTB.

And it’s somewhat the opposite in ANY game mode. If you destroy a vehicle that is manned, the game gives you an extra kill in the post-game stats, but it doesn’t affect your kills or points in-game.
