It happens sometimes, you got credit for the guy with the railguns kill. Use an SMG on a vehicle and sometimes you’ll get credit for a grenade kill if it’s being hijacked. Even if it is a friendly wraith.

Lol wut. I’ve never seen that happen before. Maybe someone was shooting the wraith with the railgun, your bullet and the railgun bullet ended up hitting the same place, you got the killing hit, but the railgun got the LAST? And the game registered your kill as a railgun kill.
Just so weird. I seen that i got 2 kills at the corner of the screen with railguns… and i was like. i dont even have a railgun lol.
Reminds me of the first laser kill credited to me, emeny wraith on west armory in arc, shot it with a br and a teammate shot a laser, i got the kill credit and a laser kill medal.

same happened to me but instead of railgun it was a spartan laser
yeah weird killed a scorpion with a smg but it counted as a smg kill (so I literally shot it to death with an smg wow)

That was magical :D. But yea that was just a glitch 
Yeah, this happens a lot. People can take credit for your Wraith kills. It’s a problem with bosses like Tankmaster Rok as well.
