If you kill a flag carrier that is juggling and arent carrying the flag at the moment you kill them, it wont count towards challenge. Just had this happen to me twice. First time was in normal CTF and player didnt appear to be juggling, however I killed them and didnt get awarded the challenge. Just a few mins ago in one flag player was clearly juggling, killed them and still not counted toward challenge.
