I can share my dislike whenever and however I like. And yes, this is nonsense, and it’s a waste of time to devote so much effort to be upset and complain about a game. Get a life ffs.

I’m still waiting for the Kill Effect that makes a green mushroom cloud erupt from my enemy’s corpse with a juicy fart noise to top it off. Or maybe the ‘Honk and Clown giggle’ effect that makes a balloon animal float into the sky.
I wouldn’t even mind the old Birthday effect from Halo Reach, a whole class of children cheering me on for slaughtering another player. Now that’s motivation.
At first I kinda liked that they added sound effects to them, now I find them a little annoying.
I never paid them any mind in season 1, but with the new effects I found them annoying. Especially in SWAT
It’s one of those things that’s relatively basic Quality of Life, like being unable to force colors for the opposing team, that baffles me as to how 343 thought it was a good idea, and why it hasn’t been changed yet.
Kill Effects are just obnoxious. It doesn’t improve the experience for anyone, and it’s loud enough to be annoying. This game desperately needs more toggles to tailor the experience to the player.
This I’m 50/50 on. I do miss the whole Red vs Blue theme, but I’m color blind as they come, and the outlines actually help me a ton. I’d still want the option to have outlines even if it were your classic Red vs Blue theme for team games.
Had the same thoughts since people started getting near the end of the first battle pass. Those animations are so intrusive. They take me out of the experience and I hate them deeply.
Honestly I’d pay for a toggle for all Effects/VFX.
The Kill Effects, Armour Effects and Mythic Effect Sets are great for anyone who likes that stuff but it’s an eyesore for anyone who prefers a more immersive experience.
An update that adds a toggle for it all just like For Honour would be a welcome quality of life update.

By now it’s just another a reason I have less and kess intereset in playing the game. Had a game yesrerday with all guys turned on the wolf. Ended up muting my headphones and stopped playing after this BS…
I just stopped using my headset anymore because of it.
I just flicked my headset off because it’s hard to hear the base game because it’s either a Wolf or sounds like glass breaking
The howling is hilarious though.
I found a fix (sarcasm).
Step 1: turn off comms and mute the game audio.
Step 2: crank up the volume of some music of your choosing.
Step 3: bump your FOV up to 120 for the vibes.
Step 4: treat ranked like social and just run around brainless trying to clip multi kills. Never touch ball or set foot in hill/zone 
343 neglected to give us a social BR start playlist so ranked is just my social trolling ground now. If you match me, I apologize in advance. Answer is no, I won’t try, even a little bit. I don’t care if it’s 49-49 I’m still gonna go for the 360 no scope and lose in the process.
If it’s a 90ms or higher server, consider yourself in a 3v4. I’m leaving, AFKing or just sliding around the map practicing those. I’m not even looking at enemies. 135ms ping being forced on us shouldn’t even be a thing in 2023. I won’t play it.
I’ll give it 1 chance, if it’s 90ms or 100ms at the highest. First time I stutter or die to someone who hasn’t even rounded the corner and shown up on my screen yet, I’m AFK. Not doing 100ms vs 10ms on a game that’s coded to favor the 10ms player. That’s stupidity.
Any given day I could be Diamond 6 or Platinum 3 if you’re in that rank spread you’re in danger.
