Hi 343i,
since last update you released on 16/11, I can see 0 Kills in the Campaign statistics and I’m really sure that I lost something like 100 kills on Multiplayer stats.
Now I recovered K/D ratio on multiplayer but I really would like to understand if there is the possibility to have a stable stats on my profile and if you can bring me back lost kills on Campaign and Multiplayer (war zone in particular).

The stats team recently made a change to how K/D is calculated in Warzone to more accurately reflect your performance. If you played Warzone, this change would also affect your overall K/D.
In a Warzone match, the system previously operated as: Total Kills = Spartan Kills + AI Kills + Vehicle Kills. For this change, we removed AI Kills & Vehicle Kills from the K/D formula, so now Total Kills only includes Spartan Kills. This means that your K/D is now a true K/D ratio, which displays Spartan Kills / Total Deaths.
Additionally, we’ll take a look at your Campaign stats for you!

Well, first of all I played campaign both online and offline. I played on normal online, on legendary offline and than remade all legendary online because the legendary achievements didn’t popo up.
Regarding K/D on warzone just a suggestion… I think previous method was great since also AI and vehicles can kill you so it would be great to include them in kill counts. Otherwise it would be great: Spartan kills + veichel kills/ deaths by Spartans + vehicles

I’m also encountering the same problem for my campaign stats. I was looking at my service record today and it said zero kills. Last time I played the campaign was a couple of days ago online.

well I noticed that on halowaypoint kills in campaign are 0 while if you look at halo channel app kills are ok.
