Does anyone know if Social Playlists and Grifball count towards Spartan Company Kill Commendations!?
Should, it counts toward the other ones, I earned energy sword through grill ball.

Yes. Medals and achievements earned in any of the multiplayer playlists (social/ranked/warzone/warzone assault) all count towards kill commendation completions.
NOTE: Spartan charge kills in griffball do NOT count for anything but melee kills.
Not too sure I do know that griffball kills counted towards my sword kills commendation I would assume that custom games would not though
