What if they implemented a kill cam kind of thing after you die?
But instead of it being from a players perspective, it’d be an ‘above’ point of view. Kind of like in Machinima’s Top Ten Halo kill videos, like that. If you don’t know what I mean; It will NOT be first person, but like I said; from an arial above perspective.
Also I’m kind of with anyone that doesn’t like them after every kill.
So I say it could also be like this; a game winning killcam and the last kill of the match. Both are quite different.
Game Winning Kill-cam? Maybe. Every kill kill-cam? No, just no.
I always thought this would be a cool feature in Halo. They are pretty cool in CoD and anything cool BARELY happens in that game. Could you imagine some of the last kills we’d see in Halo? lol sick. I like the “Above the action” view idea…kinda of like watching replays in football and just like CoD it can slow down the last 2-3 seconds of it.
Also it should start about 5 secs before the kill so we could see any good fire fights
3 sec might be too short.
If they implemented a kill cam for every time you died, the game would be made into an utter casual fest, the camera already pans towards the direction where you were killed from, this is more than enough.
A big no to Kill cams.
Kill cam is the reason why I don’t play game that use them or only play in playlist that have the kill cam disabled.

Okay, how about the last kill of the macth and game winning one?

I wouldn’t mind the final kill cam, if they implemented that, it’d be cool if you could watch the final kill at different camera angles instead of just first person

Yes exactly, the kind of angle and camera from the Machinima-Anoj-Top-Halo-kills do.
The term you’re looking for is “Third-Person.”
And no, because it gives the enemy your location immediately which will ruin any form of sniper gameplay. As well it probably wouldn’t be used much anyway, since the push X to spawn feature is going to have people hammering X the second they die.

Well like I said, Game Winning and Final Kill Cam would be more preferable.
I am guessing that the confirmed Instant Respawn via X is probably indicative of a Kill Cam i.e. instantly skip watching the kill by pressing X or watch how you died.
For the record, COD did not coin Kill Cams, it was done previously in other games before COD made it popular.
I could care less if Final kill cams were in the game or not because the game is over, but we already have our kill cam. We watch our dead body get tea-bagged, and we all know how we died, don’t be kidding yourself.

That’s what Halo needs. Trickshotters trying to get a “good” final killcam. Because the amount of Casual of Duty players here isn’t large enough.
Final Killcom. But Lumomancy does have a point. So it should be limited to ether Competitive (Team Slayer) or Social (Action Sack) playlists.
Competitive= Pros.-Shows who got that Last kill.
Cons-What Lumomany said.Won’t benfit from Socail playlist as everybody’s want to have fun, not win.If people might try to get that fancy killcam, then it might cost them a point, which causes that team to lose.
Social= Pros.-Won’t have to go to Theater to see who got that last killcam.Very easy and fun to happen. The Cons won’t matter as these playlists are for fun.
Cons.-What Lumomancy said.

It isn’t. If it was you would be able to get into a Custom Game everyday.
