Why does it feel like Halo 2 Classic multiplayer has the shortest fuse for kicks? I’ve never been kicked for a betrayal in CE or H2A, which are the two other multiplayer games I dominantly play. If I wind up betraying someone on H2C I end up holding my breath hoping to not get kicked, I’ve never felt that way during CE or H2A. Not only that, does H2C allow kicking for “indirect” betrayals? I was up on a higher platform with a Battle Rifle trying to help a teammate below who was in a firefight. One of my shots ended up clipping him and then the player from the other team winded up killing him. There was no announcement of a betrayal but within a few seconds of my teammate’s death I was kicked. Was my teammate prompted to kick me in this scenario or was this an autokick from the server? Whenever I get betrayed during a CE game it seems like the teammate is autokicked (if he is kicked) and I’m not prompted.
Thanks for any insight on this.
