People are booted after three team kills and receive short ban (which gets progressively longer with subsequent infractions.)

Honestly, no. If someone doesn’t understand how the game works then you can always mic up and let them know. Voluntary kick systems or vote to kick systems don’t work well in my experience. I’ve played the left 4 dead series where the vote to kick feature can be used as a method of trolling or griefing fairly easily.

You can always mute the individual (or start a party) so you don’t have to hear conversations you find offensive and you can report individuals after a match if need be.
