Kicked out of the game. Fireteam changed

Getting kicked out of a game lately for the reason: fireteam is changed.What can i do about that?

Is there a solution because its a bit annoying if youre getting kicked out and getting a time ban…

This has become more prevalent recently. The only thing I do, is a hard restart, and hope for the best.
