I’ve tried multiple times to load into games, I had just plugged in a Ethernet cable to my Xbox and thought that was the issues and when I tried on WiFi it still did not work. While I’m in the loading screen it black screen and sends me back to the main screen. I do not know why it’s happening if anyone has suggestions please help.
