Hello everyone. I’ve been having this issue recently. Happens that in the middle of a Warzone match I get kicked for no reason. I’m playing normally when suddenly the loading screen (the one with artworks and advices) appears and I’m transported to the main menu screen, without any message saying that I lost my connection or something. This has occured to me at least five times since saturday, and I think there are no specific circumstances of when it happens; I mean that I’m not using certain weapon or vehicle or I’m fighting a boss or capturing an armory, it just happens randomly and it’s getting really annoying because I’m not getting any REQ points, while the ones I already spent during the match are gone.
Fortunately, this hasn’t happened to me in Arena, however I like changing between game modes, and now I’m afraid I’m gonna get kicked again from a Warzone match. Furthermore, I’ve got a few clips for you to check it out:
In both videos I’m playing on Raid on Apex 7 and riding a Mongoose, however this issue just happened to me in a match on Escape from A.R.C, so as I said, there’s not an specific situation for this to happen.
I don’t really know the reason of this occuring, maybe it has to do with the New Xbox Experience, or something else. I would really appreciate if you replied telling me if you’re having the same issue or writing a possible reason/solution. Thanks and have a good day!

What did you do when you reset your Xbox? It might help me out.
Exactly the same. Like the 10th time this has happened. Really annoying, cos when I get spare 30mins now and then, I like to chill and play warzone. But feels empty when I cant finish winning matches but can the losing ones. It might b purely coincidence but the bug still needs fixing.
same here just playing a match then out of no where kicked from the game and it’s starting to worry me cause don’t you get banned after awhile for leaving match making game’s type’s please fix’s this it’s no fun for me at all

This exact thing happens to me ALL THE TIME! Even after the February/march 1 updates. No lag, no bandwidth issues, just a sudden cutoff for no reason at all. This has happened to me so much that I have stopped playing halo 5 for 2 weeks. I started playing again after the February update. It was fine for a few days, then it started again yesterday and today. Come on 343, what is this!?

I have been hard resetting my console the whole time since I read this. I just got booted again just now. I really really hate this. Why are these people not capable of making a game that actually works?

I am now going to hard reset the console after every single game and see if that works.

It is funny that these issues have been around since the beginning, and they are still here.

I know, it’s just poor game control, and server monitoring.
