The Company I was in had a change in leadership. That was fine, until I was demoted from lieutenant and he changed the rules of the company without sending out a message. I made a post on our forums asking why I was demoted for supposed inactivity when I had played the game 3 days prior. They said they were making the company a competitive one, and have since removed around 12 people. In the 2 weeks it’s been competitive, not one person has joined. I then went on to say I liked the company when the old leader was in charge because we would have fun. I then said that the bio should be changed because it isn’t relevant anymore. Someone agreed with me, and he got kicked. After that I got kicked too.
Sorry to hear that. Remove the gamertags and company name though or a mod will lock this. Calling out isn’t allowed on the forum.
Why did the company change leadership? Perhaps ask the old leader to come back?

Ehh, I believe how Spartan Companies govern themselves is up to the people within. There isn’t much you can do spreading the news like this, as it won’t change them nor you. However if you are looking for a spartan company still, the Halo Collective is open to everyone!
Too bad for you? Time to find a new company that shares your views as your old one changed theirs, so face it, kick or not, you would not be in the Company anyway because they no longer share your desires.

i’m so sorry 
you got kicked from your company. Well, look at it on the bright side; you are free now! no-one can tell you what to do, you are your own boss (like me). I’m the king of my own company and no-one here can boss me around. I love it that way. Now I can have any opinion I want and not get kicked because I am the ruler of this company. I may not have any members in my company, but who cares; I don’t.
It’s really unfortunate, but nothing can be done. So…
