Kicked Back to Level 46. Wtf...

So I reached level 47 yesterday. Though technically, it was this morning. In any case, I just got on again, and I got bumped down to 46. I first noticed when my Oceanic helmet was suddenly locked, and I had the Recruit helmet equipped in it’s place. What gives? I worked pretty hard for all that XP, and now it’s gone. Granted it’s better than being reset, but it’s vexing nonetheless

Your rank can shift in Halo 4 depending on performance. Its not like in 3 and Reach where your rank is stable after you achieve it.

The ranking system isn’t started yet! It isn’t normal that his level went back.

Same happened to me, I got the monthly challenge and ended the game on SR58 but i was SR57 when i started again.

That must be it. I got experience for the game in which I got the challenge, but it looks like perhaps I’m missing 17,343 points

I didn’t play anything afterward though. Why would my SR go down?

Anybody who says ranks can go down has rocks in their head.

OT: This is like the 100th time I have seen this and am getting an idea on why is happening. Most people after getting the challenge seem to not play another game and go do something else, turning off their console. Now 343 did a -Yoink- job or programming in this game and randomly, challenges reset.

If you happen to get the monthly and turn off your console without playing anymore games, chances are should another challenge glitch occur, you will loose the last 17,343 EXP earned for completing that challenge.

Don’t ask me why or why not. 343 failed once again and this, as of the time of posting is not fixed and can’t be re earned. Unless 343 get off their fat -Yoinks!-, you will have to earn that EXP again.

For anybody else reading this, if you are yet to get the challenge. Make sure when you do, you complete the game and continue playing for a few more games and possibly get to the next rank. This should slim your chances of having the EXP stay.

TLDR: 343 Fail again.
