Keyes Legendary not loading

Good Afternoon

I have tried several times to load the above mission on MCC on solo legendary, but the game crashes to xbox dashboard. I have no problem loading it on a lower difficulty, or any other missions on legendary, or on coop.

Could you please advise?

You could try this.

  • You can go to “My Games and Apps” > Press Start on MCC > Manage Games and Add-ons > See if anything is waiting to install, if there is something, install it > if there isn’t something I would recommend uninstalling all files in the MCC and then uninstalling the MCC. - Clearing your Xbox Cache and doing a hard restart. Start by holding down your Xbox Power Button on the front of your Xbox until your Xbox completely turns off. Then unplug the power supply from your xbox for about 1 min. Plug in your power supply after 1 min, wait about 30 seconds and then turn on your Xbox. - Once turned on, go to “My Games and Apps” > Find the MCC, and redownload it > Once downloaded press start on the MCC and go to “Manage Game and Add-ons” > Download anything that is waiting to download > Run MCC and see if that fixed the problem.Happy Gaming,

All of that would be very difficult to do as he is playing on the Xbox.
