So I know the Keyboard and Mouse is coming to the Xbox One soon and I’m asking you 343i to give people a option to play against players that choose to use the Keyboard and Mouse in Halo 5, MCC, HW2, and any future Halo Games for Xbox.
I personally don’t want to get match up with any players that are using a Keyboard and Mouse when I play Halo. They have a huge advantage over players that are using a controller
and I don’t want to experience that gameplay when I’m playing Matchmakings or Custom Games.

Maybe, if that is the case, they’re going to use a filter to separate the ones that use a controller and the ones that don’t… (I know, I know, it sounds utopic)
I agree, mouse aiming and controller aiming are two totally different world.
I agree to an extent. The thing is that Halo 5 is designed to be played with a controller. So, in terms of aiming, there are a lot of features that compensate for the inaccuracy of using a controller. In that sense, a mouse does not give anyone too much of an advantage.
That being said, mouse users will always be able to do 180s a hell of a lot faster than controller users. So, pretty big advantage there.
In a game like Gears where aim assist is minimal, there’s no question that controller users should be able to filter out mouse/keyboard users. Halo should definitely have that filter, but to what extent is debatable.
Yeah I really hope they will add a filter system in Halo because its just not fair for every player.
I can see it now, someone turning around insanely fast right before your about to kill them and taking you out. Then your just screaming
out that bull
. At least I know I would feel that way
.
try destiny 2 on PC…its not much different than this
Take out the aim assist for KB+M users and leave the controller users with it. Pretty easy way tbh.
How would they filter between the two?

i dont remeber how a buddy in england did on halo 3 or reach but there was a way
I kinda feel it won’t make a difference unless they are on a PC with a keyboard and mouse. At the end of the day if you both are on a console and you have a controller and he has a keyboard and mouse it’s just different hard ware inputting singals on the same hardware and operating system, so there should be no difference really other than comfort of the controls. Kinda like a person using an elite controller with the paddels and some one using a regular controller without them. Now if some one is on a PC vs some one on an Xbox one where the PC may have faster operating speeds or worse some sort of have because you can hack from a PC quite easily then I could agree.

you can hack a Xbox just as easy…just got to know what your doing

It’s a whole new world mate. It’s not just them on on PC the keyboard on mouse is just superior (I hate that I’m saying this I’m a console player through and through) but aiming with a mouse is just insanely more precise than a controller even without auto aim. For Halo I think it’s doable to have both in one place but until it happens we won’t know
the mouse is superior…MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
RAZER!!!

If the Xbox one were cracked, which I don’t think they have been yet, it would be all over the internet more likely.

I don’t see how a keyboard and mouse hooked to a Xbox one is any more accurate than a controller. At the end of the day they are just different controllers for the same system.

I find that unlikely as stuff like that doesn’t stay to quiet to long.

It’s not the system, It’s the controller itself
its hard to explain since I’m not super into it but I have a gaming PC also. Moving around is easier on the keyboard due to I have easier access to all the buttons I need to press unlike controller where you can only press so many at a time. And the mouse allows for more precise aiming.
the best way to see it would be YouTube man. Unfortunately keyboard and mouse is superior in terms of comp though I prefer controller for casual play.

Maybe it works for a PC but to me if you both are on a Xbox one and one person has a controller and one has a mouse you both are moving the same site on the screen that has the same software. I don’t care about different controllers you can hook to the Xbox one. It’s when the PC gamers will be mixed with console gamers will cause the problems.
