Key already redeemed?

Seems like this is a common issue- waiting to hear about a fix or if anything is being done about it.

When you go to your flight list, you can see the key to the far right, and the link to a run down of the flight (also with the key inside) and when using it in Steam under activate product it says the key has been redeemed by another account. No, this isn’t an old key- as the status for the flight is ACTIVE and is also on the bottom of the page.

Send help.

I’m having the same problem.

I am stuck with the same issue, can’t seem to claim my steam key as it seems to be already in use.

Glad I’m not the only one with the same issue.

I received an email from 343 after I told them about my already used key and basically this is what they had to say “Halo Support is unable to create new flight invitations or modify existing invitations.” in other words this basically means, go kick rocks. If your key is already used there is nothing you can do to fix this situation.

I also got that response. But i did see this posted by someone on reddit https://twitter.com/Unyshek/status/1441250889692422145?s=20 so they are aware of the issue. Hopefully we get new keys soon.

Thanks a lot for the source. Only heard that they’ve addressed it but haven’t seen it with my own eyes.

Excellent. Hopefully by the time I’m done with work I’ll have a new key. After all, the tweet was from nearly 13 hours ago

343 are aware of issues with duplicate/invalid Steam keys and will be addressing this.
