Keeps Freezing During Reunion Mission

As soon as I start walking over the light bridge in the Reunion mission, the cut scene is activated. About 10 seconds into the cut scene, the audio cuts out, and after 5 seconds the video stops, and requires a hard reset. I tried to wait it out (a little over 1 hour), but it just ended up resetting itself. This happened when I first got the game as a gift (last year), so I stopped and gave it some time, and now I’ve come back to it, and started the whole campaign over, but still no luck. Very frustrating because I’m really enjoying the campaign and I wouldn’t even mind skipping the mission if that is at all possible just to finish the rest. I tried doing Microsoft support, but their best suggestion was post in this forum. What should I do now? Is there any way to fix it? Thanks everyone.

Is the disc in good condition?

Yes it is, the rest of the game runs perfectly. This problem occurred one of the first times I ever used the game.

Try re-installing the game. Yeah it might hurt to re-install almost 100 GB, but at least you should be able to play…
Or you can try putting tooth past on the disc, in smooth moves, cover the entire disc in paste, clean it with water, wait for it to be dry and use it on the Xbox. With this technique, I was able to play H:CEA on 360 again lol (It kept freezing in early parts of EVERY mission).
