I see some people are having the exact same issues. Playing off of my PC via Steam. Get the black screen with the three dots moving for a minute. Then I hear the music kick in with the monks and the game flatlines and I go back to desktop. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I’m afraid to delete and re-download in fear of the access code not working.

The forums are great for feedback, but bugs should be reported via Insider Support. You can check the know issues list here: Known Issues - Halo Infinite Technical Preview Flight – Halo Insider Support (halowaypoint.com) If your GPU is not listed as having a known issue; it would be best to log your bug as a ticket. The “submit a ticket” link is at the bottom of the known issues list. 900 series are listed as having issues.

You can safely uninstall the game as it’s tied to your account. Myself and others have had no luck getting it to work through any HDD changes/reinstalls/verified files but feel free to try as YMMV. Hey guys. I just realized the issue. I have a GTX 980 and looks like I’ll be out on this flight. If it wasn’t for scalpers and the crypto boom I would have had a newer and better graphics card but of course when I finally had the money it all started so to say I’m upset is an understatement. But thank you all for helping. Hoping the next flight myself and my other GTX 900 series brothers can finally play.

Yeah I just saw that after posting. I unfortunately have a GTX 980 so looks like I got the short end of the stick on this one. Thank you for the help though brother.
