My game keeps crashing every time I open pack for levelling up the game closes down, and when I restart the game the packs gone, (I assumed it open and gave me the req cards). Why does this keep happening

I can’t tell you why it happens. It has happened to me as well. I have a wired connection with open NAT, which is pretty much all you can do. Fortunately the items are placed in your req inventory, so you are not losing the items, only the joy of watching the little opening pack sequence.
