The Keepers of the One Freedom are a religious movement that follow the religion of the Covenant including their belief in the “Great Journey”. The Keepers are led by a small group of elders called Dokabs, most of whom were formerly high-ranked members of the Covenant military, one of them is Castor (a Jiralhanae chieftain). Their manpower consists of hundreds, if not thousands, of soldiers of Jiralhanae, Kig-Yar and human species.
I would not be surprised to see them as enemies in Halo Infinite including Castor as a secondary enemy boss and that would mean that we could face some humans, a lot of troubles for the Chief, i know. Does anyone know anything else about them and what do you think?
I doubt it. The Banished are being set up as the main enemy of the game, and they likely aren’t too fond of the Keepers. The Banished rejected the Covenant and their religious dogma a long time ago while the Keepers still hold to it. Were they to show up in the game, it would create a fair bit of confusion.
Though I really hope we get a final book to create a trilogy out of Last Light and Retribution that provides some closure on that story line.

I agree.
Having the Banished and the Keepers in the same campaign could get quite confusing to even seasoned players.
However, I’m not opposed to them showing up in a future expansion in a new location.
