I played this 4 days ago for 1-2 hours and it was fine. After that, i launch it and keep saying i didn’t purchase this and it was somebody else. I clearly purchase this in my main account that i was be able to play in. I’m really frustrated wasting my money on this as i can’t play this… Can you guy please remove my license and refund the money? I brought this with gift card balance.
You would need to contact Xbox Live support about i’m afraid, as 343i do not have any kind of access to your xbox live account. All billing and account matters are Xbox Live’s domain
