IDK I think the best that can be done for the population would be 343 removing the stupid TU and adding back the DLC playlist as a rotational playlist that features a different map pack each week. Like seriously team slayer pop at the moment 946 tu super slayer is 9 Get rid of it.
343 promised that they would keep the play list rotation going but they never they also said they going keep it going on halo 4. I miss the dominon play list
