After playing and winning my first ranked match after i’d gotten online, the game glitched as usual and i had to restart the game. After coming back to the menu, i see my rank is now a 1, not 11. For the 2nd time now ive come back down in rank this weeks. The first time i was a 5 and this time an 11, im sick of losing my ranks, i went into my info and all my data is gone. i love halo more than any game ive ever played but i dont think im going to be able to play until this is completely fixed because im beyond enraged.
