keep losing in slayer cant rank up

i keep losing cuz i keep being teamed up with terrible players. i usually get 15 kills per game and get 1,5+ kdr most the time. anyone good want to team up with me so we can win more? add me: yash360

checked your stats on halo tracker and youre where you belong. Half the games you have a kd under 1. At a lvl like platinum that isnt really a good score. Take me as an example. Over the last 12 games i had a kd of over 1 in 70% of games at onyx lvl. Thats what makes being a good player hard. consistency and even im too inconsistent hence my rating of barely 1504. So yeah keep practicing.

If you keep losing at a certain rank and win here and there you might just be where you belong in ranking. Try to get better to get up higher.

And yes a team can help tremendously with this!

I got to diamond on my own, I was a platinum 1 yesterday. Ranked all the way to diamond in the past 24 hours, and I did it by playing hard. I had to carry the team in several games, but we won 11 in a row. I wasn’t with any friends and just teamed up with randoms, so it’s definitely possible to do it alone. As Onewaystyx said - consistency is key. Keep practising and you’ll get there!

I also got my diamond in ffa the other day, maybe you could try that? Then it’s just down to you and your skill, you don’t have to rely on anyone else.

I’m a Diamond 6, i’ve played with some absolutely TERRIBLE Onyx players, i seriously have no idea how they got that rank. Because i’m a UK player i understand that there will be some US players a higher rank than me who aren’t as good but DAMN some are unbelievably bad. Also from looking at your game history you seem to be a fan of the AR. You also don’t tend to get many assists. Maybe you should try shooting across map a bit with the pistol to help your useless teamates out when they are about to die.

You’ll fit right in here. Everybody only loses any games because of “bad teammates”. It’s amazing the amount of champion quality future pro players in this forum who are being held back by their team mates and 343.
