I’d like to take a moment to give everyone at 343 a quick thank you for all the hard work they have and continue to put into this game. Keep it up guys!
Everything looks and sounds significantly better then the previous titles, and it’s only going to get even more polished by November! Like a lot of the community I’ve been guilty of being overly critical and harsh throughout this developmental period. Maybe I’m just getting really anxious but I truly think this game has the potential to put the series back on top where it belongs! 11/6 can’t get here soon enough!
I know this is nearly impossible to ask for but lets try to reserve this thread for only positive posts. The haters can have the other 99% of the forums to continue the complaining. Compliment 343’s efforts and let them know what aspects you are most grateful for thus far!
I agree with you OP, Halo 4 is amazing… and it brings halo back to its roots of competetive play, and all those hours of forging with friends, doing campaign… and now we have spartan ops to look forward too
tahnks 343 and good luck finishing halo 4 in late august - September (( they need to spend a month making all the game discs and boxes etc… then shipping time…
Couldn’t have said it better myself. 343 is doing a smashing job. I love everything. 343 has even put me in a standoff between betting RE and LE for Halo 4. I just wish wish wish wish so much my Sangheili would be making it’s comeback but Halo 4 still looks amazing.

It’s well on its way back to the level it once was. The “golden age” can be argued to have came and gone but 343 is definitely reviving the series with a very much needed breath of fresh air. I can feel the legacy of halo emerging from the darkness that was cast by reach at a faster and faster rate.

If you weren’t so blinded by nostlgia or hate, you would see that Halo 4’s new direction is what will bring it back to the top.
Like it or not, the market is changing. It has changed since the days of the original trilogy. Like it or not, a “Reach 2.0” is the direction Halo must go to keep up with the market. If Halo doesn’t evolve with the market, it will be left behind.
And, unlike you, many fans, new and veteran, are liking the way Halo 4 is going. There are truly new and amazing things, a new story, new features, just a new feeling overall, while it still feels like Halo. Halo 4 may be able to succeed where Reach didn’t, and truly set Halo on a new path that still stays Halo but is still evolving. 343i is giving Halo a breath of fresh air, whether you like it or not is up to you.
Even if you don’t like it, it doesn’t give you a reason to spread negativity or crash positive discussions, such as this one.

You say its becoming Reach 2.0 when yet the only thing Reachish are the AA’s. Its funny how blinded you purists are.
