Keep getting matched up with Level 130s

I’m a level 46 and I keep getting matched up with level 130s. It just makes the game no fun to me when I keep getting destroyed. Is there any way I can find matches with people closer to my level?

You realize SR has nothing to do with skill, right?

Being 130 means nothing. Carry on.

For the most part SR-130’s are pretty good. At least the ones I get paired up against are…

Well I mean that person has played Halo 4 a lot more than me so they generally would have more skill than me, so it does mean something…

This is pretty much nullified by the point that even in Reach most Inheritors sucked. SR130 means all they’ve done is play the game a lot, or used 2x exp, or put in a bunch of the Waypoint codes. Getting to 130 takes so little effort and time it’s a joke.

If you don’t believe me that people can play the game and not be highly skilled, then explain Halo 3 Staff Captains.

Then you have obviously never been matched up against me! SR means nothing. I’m 130, but I’m average at best.

Every SR 130 I’ve faced was met with swift destruction and them limping out of the lobby.

Rank means nothing.

Stop crushing people in grifball to maintain your 2.12 K/D ratio and maybe you’ll get easier games. Truskill still works. If you have that high a K/D of course you play better players.

everyone above is right. all it means is that we had a lot of time on our hands to get up there…now kinda regret not taking it slower. i hate getting credit and nothing happening. it sucks. as far as skill. i’m average at best. no where near elite lol. have fun playing man, thats all that matters.

And you… with your k/d ratio of 1.51. So you average 15 kills and 10 deaths a game and you’re actually complaining? 1.5 while not fantastic is pretty good, what do you want to do, blow out scrubs every game? Lock this thread.

Why should he? Just because he’s good at it? Don’t just assume someone’s boosting because they play Grifball. You should be getting matched up against people close to your CSR anyways.

I have that KD because I play a lot of Big Team Battle, and I don’t know if you’re aware but, it is very easy to get kills and live longer in that game type if you’re careful. Today I was playing the Magestic game type which is a lot harder as there are only 4 people to a team. But thank you for pointing out my k/d

SR-130 = // = Skill

SR-130 just means they’re either dedicated to play Halo 4. That or they got loads of SpOps experience.

The DLC playlists have always been a bit tougher then the social individual scoring playlists. They are team scoring so your usually up against stacked teams.

Majestic DLC population isn’t the greatest either so skill searching is kind of redundant in that playlist at the moment. Hopefully when Crimson DLC comes back next week the population might improve.

Yeah I’m gonna second this.

1.5 aint too shabby assuming this is a first account.

Once you narrow the experience gap with many of these 130’s, u’ll be wrecking them.

I noticed you play BTB a lot and have tools of destruction like the BR, AR and gravity hammer.

Choosing to use real BTB weapons like DMR, light rifle and the wheelman perk will improve ur K/D even more.

SR-130 is a MEANINGLESS number. It’s a rank achieved solely by the amount of time you devout to Halo 4, not your skill.

(Coming from an SR-130)

Approved by another SR-130

I could be a new Halo 4 player and have already played half a decade of Halo 3 and more than 2 years of Reach, and only be SR1, so it’s not linear.
Go for CSR for that.

The people you’re matched with is based on CSR, not SR.
