Keep getting kicked out of matchmaking.

Hello, I’ve had this issue for a while now and after I’ve tried everything I was told to contact 343 for help. Given that I’ve already opened a ticket and waiting for a response.

I didn’t have this issue before as everything was working correctly and no kicking out was happening. but suddenly since like a month or less I’ve started getting kicked out of matchmaking in all sorts of ways before game starts. It starts to load then half way slows down and I get kicked before it loads. Most of the time I get banned for this too. And sometimes I get the message “connection interrupted…” other times “You were kicked from matchmaking” this issue happens to me on both PC and Xbox. Sometimes I get kicked out all the time and can’t even play a single game.

Yeah I have the same issue it’ll pair me with a team and kick me right before it starts. Sometimes it’ll let me in but when it starts half my team is gone.

Me and my friends have experienced this issue on Xbox One. We’ve also had fatal crashes while playing MCC Matchmaking. Sometimes we get sent back to the menu other times it can crash the whole system. Seems like this has been a problem since the new season began.

New player to mmc and I have this as well kicked from 3 out 4 games iv tryed playing, crashed when finishing levels on single player, and it cant be my internet as it log me out off xbox live if that was the case.

I am currently having this problem since the last update. Anyone aware of a fix?

Same here, get a 5 min ban. It seems everytime I accidentally betray someone, even as it didn’t count as one.

Just happened to me. Two days ago I got booted out of a game and called it a night and then just now I almost finished a single game and lost connection to the host and now I get banned? What the -Yoink-? Is this how Infinite is going to be? I love this franchise but this system needs to be reworked.

I am having the same problem. I keep getting banned for “Connection Interrupted” why do we have to be punished for this?? haha

This game is nearly unplayable with this bug. If you play in a party of 4, odds are at least one of you will be kicked pregame almost every try.

God I hope Infinite is nothing like it is right now.

RIGHT NOW- Every time I hit “play” in multiplayer, I get sent back to the multiplayer menu.
No clue what’s going on, I played earlier today on my lunch break and it was fine.
Anybody have an answer for this??
