Keep getting disconnected.

I keep getting disconnected off multiplayer mid game… I’ve tested both my network connection and multiplayer connection via speedtest.net and Xbox self test and they both check out fine. I’ve been playing other games online without any trouble. I know 343i has a strict code of conduct with too many disconnects so I’d rather not play for now. Is anyone else experiencing this?

i did a few games but that was on me what is your NAT, mine was strict at that point cause i got a new router. now it is open and everything works fine

It is set to moderate at the moment. I’ve been playing since day one without any disconnects until today.

moderate shouldn’t be too bad but i’d recommend to open the ports so you can have an open NAT

Is there a guide to open the NAT? I currently have ATT U verse network.

you can try this, i’ve never tried it with an att uverse. let me know how it goes
