Keep exp when teammates leave the game.

I find Halo 5 having the most people leave compared to any other halo. It’s annoying that people leave the game, my team or the opponents team.
Some people just want to lay back and play social playlists but halo 5 doesn’t have any yet.

Would it be possible to keep exp/not lose as much when you lose a game 3v4?

I know that you lose less in arena if you have someone leave the team or if you enter the match as 3v4.

i think this is a great idea…not that we want people to quit. but if they do quit the remaining players should get their req/exp. keeps people from dropping out after 1 or 2 people do. id stick around and put up a fight in a 1v4 or 2v4 scenario if i knew i was getting all that req/exp
