Hi everyone. I currently have 2 Xbox ones in my basement (and the other has no problems so it’s not the connection) and for some reason when I play MCC on mine, I keep getting disconnected from games every day. The worst part of it too is it thinks I’m quitting and I’m getting banned like everytime I try to play a few games. I am kind of clueless of what’s going on here. I also get mid-game delays/lag quite a bit as well. Can anyone help because this is very frustrating. Thank you.

Okay well how about some help? I just played one game after being banned for 24 hours and I disconnected within the first few minutes. I don’t have this problem with any other game I play… this is so frustrating.
I’m a bit confused, is this happening for both Xbox Ones or just one of them in the same house on the same network?
If it’s just one, what’s different? Wifi? Xbox type?
Why can’t you play on the one that doesn’t disconnect?

That’s my confusion as well. If one doesn’t have issues while the other one does - this is likely the connection to the box that’s having the problems. Your internet is likely not the issue, but the way you are connecting to your internet from your other Xbox. Whether it’s distance, materials in the room causing interference with the network (if wifi), or something else in between you and the connection.
OR - it’s a hardware problem with the kit that is causing the issue.
- Are both Xboxes on ethernet? - Is one on WiFi? - Are both on WiFi? - If both are on WiFi, which Xbox is closer, the “Good” Xbox or the “Bad” Xbox?

This is super important because it is likely part of the overall problem. Do you get these mid-game delays/lag on both Xboxes, or just one?
