I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this. Blood is a staple to the halo franchise; as well as being a nice graphical addition to immerses the player into the game, it is also used to detect enemy strength. 343 Industries should not sell out to satisfy China’s regulations which is what is clearly happening here. Halo should retain and earn its M rating. 343 is doing a lot of things right this time around but it’s little things like this that upset it player base.

I hope we see a return to Halo CE blood. I don’t need DOOM levels of gore, but for the Flood it should at least be on par with how Halo 3 did it.
