KD Reset Optional??

I haven’t been on Halo 5 in a few months now and I had a decent KD last time I checked my ratio was 257 Kills and 230 something Deaths but when I logged on today I was negative by 300??? My KD is not the best but I shouldn’t be negative by 300.

343 if you could look into this that would be great! I bought the game and rarely get to play it due to work or I’d man up and fix my KD myself in arena. Please look into this and thank you for your time. I’d like a KD reset but if that’s not possible I understand, but I will be a bit disappointed.

The only way to clear your record is to completely delete your account and create a new one entirely.
