k/d ratio isnt everything ill give you that, but someone who kills and doesn’t die is welcome in my team any day.
For the company I’m in, its just a bunch of guys chatting and having a good time. We get some pretty great matches in, but it’s mostly a social company.
Anyone can familiarize themselves with any given map and find good camping spots to boost their K/D ratio. That’s why I think it’s better to find those who have overall skill and make a positive contribution to a fireteam.
We have a small company of 14 right now and honestly everyone is welcome. KD ratio and none of that other stuff is important. Everyone in my company is pretty mature and some even have families so as long as you’re casual and cool and don’t yell and scream on the mic you’re cool with us lolol
You can suck at halo, but you must enjoy stuffed crust pizza.
I am not in a company but if I had one, the only requirement would be to have fun and help each other learn and improve.

With regards to the poll, we don’t have a company requirement as we don’t consider ourselves a “competitive” group (even though yes, we’re all competitive to some degree haha). All are welcome. With regards to what matters more… I’d say K/D ratio is pretty overrated. I have a positive one, oftentimes have some great games (had an 18 kill, 7 assist, 2 death game last night), so a great K/D ratio, yet my team lost, so my winning percentage went down. What matters more is good communication and teamwork (I was lone wolfing it).
Nobody cares that Kobe Bryant was one of the greatest scorers in NBA history. They care about the titles, which required a team.
