I don’t put much weight behind an overall K/D
To me, playlist K/D, W/L and Arena division, Percentage, K/D and W/L mean more and is a far better indicator of a players skill.

You mean Battle Proficiency Rating?
If so, it is a very poor indicator of skill as it is extremely easy to hit the cap of 100.
Incorrect.
Canon is overrated. Look at Halo 4, its making great strides in that regard.
