#Justiceforgrandma

Really? Really? This is literally insane. How can you do this? How can you continually do this to the Halo community? It’s a travesty. Some of the community have been sticking up for 343, I was not one of those, but I was someone who would not beat them down for it… But now? If they didn’t already have learned helplessness they do now. I really can’t believe the company hasn’t publically appoligized for it negligence yet. You hide behide “server issues” and say connectivity has gotten “20” percent better but you’re just stalling. To put it straight it’s like you’re a doctor who has found out the communities grandma has terminal cancer, you should have found it, but you missed it in the tests, a mistake that never happens, you’re nervous, this is a terrible mistake so you just keep telling us it could be a vitamin, deficiency, immune deficiency, allergies; we keep bringing her back because it hasn’t got any better, we keep bringing her back so often our own life is now starting to suffer, all you had to do was tell us you knew she had cancer, but you were selfish, and now you’ve got the community scared and confused, and everyone is confused and yelling “what the -Yoink- is wrong with grandma?” Some are suggesting she’s just old and it’s normal and others are threatening to sew the Doctor. In conclusion please give us closure and tell us what’s wrong with grandma.

This is in response to this update Nov 17 update.

Calm down, Halol 4 was worse. At least gameplay mechanics arent -Yoinked!-.

I can’t even play Halo MCC so Halo 4 was better I was able playing SP & MP in that game.

What are you babbling on about. You paid for a product and have already received what you were owed, the game. If it is not in the working order that you want then return it and be done with it, otherwise stop being a child and crying that you can’t have it your way. 343 has already posted numerous apologies on here and has stated multiple times that they are working on a fix. If that is not “good” enough for you then return the game and purchase something else.

Plus they gave a tentative release, you know this line right here: “We are currently targeting a release of Wednesday 11/19 for this content update.” Targeting a release but subject to change.

Not Wednesday anymore they moved the update further.

thats a logical fallacy, so you don’t get to count.

A cry for attention? I think so. They’re doing their best to fix the situation. Keep your negativity to yourself.

They’re stalling, if they were doing their best they wouldn’t have made matchmaking with 10 players a thing and taken off playlist and sited it as “improvements” The facts are that if you knew the slightest bit about code you know they have been giving the community the run around.

Why are you so ignorant??? 343 deserves every negative feedback they have coming their way. 343 really knows how to lie to their customers.

All im gonna say is your argument went oit the door when they pushed the release back a day after they announced the release…

Ya if you had read the bottom of my post you would have seen that I had addressed that. Apparently reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit. Let me lay out what they said for you so maybe you can understand it better. The line “We are currently targeting a release of Wednesday 11/19 for this content update” doesn’t mean that it is “officially” coming out day and date. It means that they have set the goal of it releasing on that day, but that it is SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Just saying, I prefer a -Yoink- UI at launch and a good game rather than a bad game and a working UI.
(Assuming the H2A UI can be fixed.)

Yeah, I read that, my point still stands perfectly, if they had to move the date back and be right by a technicality, that’s -Yoink- and underhanded and the community doesn’t deserve to be treated in such a way, i mean once is fine, but repeatedly? Should we really not be annoyed yet?

They are not right by a technicality. Do you understand the English language? And what are they under-handing you with? Giving you a patch with more content? Giving you a patch with a longer cert process to ensure that it works as intended? And at what point have they pulled patches that you somehow think are set in stone?

Do you know how to code, clearly your ignorance to the subject is showing. Coding isn’t magically done in hours or even days. It can take a long time debugging hundreds of thousands of lines of code. And once you find the issue it isn’t as simple as just typing in something new and bam it works, you have to make sure that the new code doesn’t break other code. And so the process will take time.

In what way did I miss use technicality??? Please by all means explain to me the proper way to use the word. Here, I’ll explain, It was “technically” okay because they used a clause or rule “subject to change” it’s still technically okay to change patch date but after all of the things they have said thus far it’s just moral bankruptcy. I’m not asking for magical coding, I’m just commenting on the constant stalling as I’ve said before, I just want them to tell us they messed up, that the problem is bigger than they’re saying, that they forgot to code some stuff into the game and didn’t test for it, now they know and they’re hiding it. I presume you’re knowledgeable about code since you thought to insult me, should it have really taken days of server side patch’s for them to figure out that the servers are fine and the code isn’t right in the game?

I get what your saying, that’s just not my point, Lol. That’s most people’s defense for the game, but, by your logic all devs should release a steaming dump of a game before releasing an amazing game with a ton of glitches, I mean honestly is grinding the search screen better than playing halo 4? In my opinion yes Lol, but that doesn’t pertain to my argument.

Grandma’s game engine got to old son and the dedicated servers could not save her.
Rip grandma.

Grandma always hated you anyway
