While the HUD is under the hot seat lately, thought I’d offer in my own nit pick.
Why is the crosshair suddenly white, after 20 years of it being the same color as the shield bar and other HUD elements?
Would love for the option to set it to HUD blue. I know other games such as Battlefield allow crosshair color customization too.
I didn’t notice until you pointed it out, but now I can’t unsee it lol. I do kind of agree with you, but I also personally don’t consider it much of a priority wish.
Would be a small feel of the old games, but it is just a nitpick and I can live without it.
“The devil is in the detail”
Its only a small change but adds more to the “Halo Legacy” feeling, from that the devs told us in the MP Overview video.
But for sure it’s not a big priority^^
HUD color customization should be easy enough to implement. It’s a nice, simple customizable option, and it can also help people who suffer from color blindness (So no forcing it behind unlocks!).
