You can use creations and maps that are created on Xbox when playing on PC and vise versa. What she meant was that you cannot play with people across systems. A PC player cannot play with an Xbox player.

There isabsolutely no corssplay or anything of the sorts. Think of them as two different things one can’t cross to the other
