It’s random, there is no increased chance, unless you already have everything.

No, but that would be nice
Every time a new update comes out I usually unlock something that it brought with it. It’s usually a weapon. There’s no proof of an increased chance but there always seems to be something causing me to get the item that quickly.
sure wish there was some way to tailor which reqs you get out of packs to your liking…

No. It is still completely random unless they drop a special pack on us
