Let me start off by saying the XBL account connected to this email isnt the one I play on, I cant remember the email to my actual account for the life of me so I had to make this one to come here and post. Your banning system is absolutely terrible. I have quit 3 times total. 3. Just a few minutes ago I finished a complete match, am looking at the REQs and Customization screen when I back out to play Co-op with a friend who just got here. As I switch to campaign mode im given the message that “the banhammer strikes” and im banned for 2 and a half hours?? How do I consistently see all of my games through besides 3 of them and get banned right after finishing a complete match? Not to mention today alone I finished 4 games in a row of SWAT where half of my team quit making it 2v4 and us thoroughly getting our -Yoinks!- handed to us in those 4 straight matches. Not only did I finish those 4 matches, I was then brought down a ranking because of losing 4 matches in a row playing with half a team. That is complete -Yoink-, Good to know that we get no points or games put back on our record, especially when playing with a half squad, only negative things. You add negative points to someones account for accidental teamkills in Griffball? Griffball is a freaking mad house sometimes, you should in no way be getting punished for accidental team kills with the Grav hammer, unless youre literally sitting in the spawn killing your teammates over and over as they spawn. I just got this game a few days ago and im already about to take it back and get my money back. While im here I might as well talk about your -Yoink- matchmaking system as well. What is the point of ranking us for individual seasons if youre just gonna throw me (a level 17 atm) into game after game of people who are all at least level 60+ and up. I know im not very good at the game, i play it for enjoyment. But how is someone supposed to have fun when you constantly put them in games where im in lobbies I have no business being in? Im in the gold bracket and never see any golds or lower, only platinums and above. Great team balancing. If youd like to give me an explanation for my ban I’d love to hear it, cause from where im sitting it looks like yall just have a very poorly managed and put together banning system. Not only this, but in between matches when I try to back out of the game search so that I dont sit in a game inactive until im kicked, I have to ask the damn game three times or more to back me out everytime. “Would you like to quit matchmaking? Yes.” Still in matchmaking. “Would you like to quit matchmaking? Yes.” Still in matchmaking. “Would you like to quit matchmaking? Yes.” Finally ill be removed from matchmaking. How are you gonna ban people for quitting games when your system literally doesnt even let them leave the matchmaking process unless you try 3+ times??
