It’s very clear that some people on this forum will never be happy… And that is sad considering this is a VIDEO GAME. I spend $60 on gas in a couple days so why are you complaining about a game you can play for years. No one cares if you think there isn’t enough content in the game. They had a business plan and they are sticking to it. When you own a multibillion dollar company you can do it your own way. Ya’ll are clowns for sitting around in your underwear on a forum telling Microsoft how to run their company. First off, they aren’t listening to you. Second, there is a reason you are sitting around complaining on a forum and not running a company. Some of the best games out started as bare bones packages and became the best games available. Its the way it is now. Get over it. Get the Yoink out of here.
Oh boy. Here we go…

Ha
Forums like this will always have people complaining about a game and that will never change. The sooner you accpet that the better.
If forums only had people praising and who where happy with a game 100% then they would just get boring. At least some of the rants are quite amusing to read.
Okay, I’ll bite.
I think people have the right to be upset over Halo 5’s serious lack of features considering every Halo game since Halo 3 has had more. No firefight, no Spartan Ops, no Forge (yet), no File Share, no social playlists, and sorry to beat a dead horse, but split-screen as well (I could count on one hand how many times I’ve played split-screen in the past 6 years, but still).
I commend 343i for prioritizing 60fps and giving us months and months of post-launch DLC, but was purposely leaving out core Halo features worth it?
Haha! I don’t even know why I care. I’m done looking at this forum. I came here at first for news or positive feedback but all I see is people crying and it bugs me because I have been playing Halo since system link on CE and this is by far the best the game mechanics have been in a long time and they have said they will be adding content every month. So when people are just spewing nonsense thats not even true I feel like I need to defend it. Unfortunately, you can’t fix stupid!
sighs The title also should apply to these kind of posts.

Yeah but thats the way it is and you know more content is coming. Hope for the best and get over it man. Why do people have the right to be mad? There are reviews for the game and tons of videos. People knew what they were buying.

I worry about the longevity of the xbox one as a console if we are already seeing its limitations
The console isn’t capable of split screen AND 60fps?
We are a little over 2 years into the xbox ones lifespan and if we have already seen the maximum that the console is capable of I for one am not impressed
So that combat their poor arguments with your own backed-up rebuttals.
I guarantee social playlists will be added. I have a good feeling about firefight and we know forge is coming this month. Thats like 3 of the things you are complaining about right there.

You should be playing the game you love, and not caring about “whining”…because…you said you liked the game. Seriously, why are you here complaining about complainers instead of playing the game you supposedly like so much?

You are complaining about complaining. Here, let me hold this mirror up for you.

Lmao
What 343 has done in my view is giving themselves more time to create a good game. We got the base line model, yet if 343 holds true to there word all the content they add is free, so that being said you won’t have to spend money on dlc like other games out there. Just have patience and see where they go with it. Also they do listen to what we say, it shows plain as day look at the weekend playlists those are our pick. On top of that they have people that monitor these forums and pluck out good ideas, just because you think you idea is good for us it may not however be good for there business nor they playing community as a whole. Again be patient through the upcoming months.

I won’t? Oh, now I’m sad.

Same reason I complained about “Inside Out:” It didn’t have the content or quality that I was expecting from the people who made it. Only Halo 5 resulted in the lack of my enjoyment, where Inside Out resulted in my five year old brother leaving the movie theatre very depressed because the movie was an unhappy nightmare. Not the type of quality one would expect from a disney film.
Likewise, I could say the same thing about the Star Wars prequels.

That doesn’t mean it’s a good thing, or that I have to like that fact.

Yeah, screw critiicism! Anyone and everything bigger than yourself should remain uncriticized, because what do I know about specific object number 375?
(It’s almost as though I’m pointing out the flaws in the game and not telling them to completely change the format of their company.)

I’m telling microsoft how to run their company? I’M IN MY UNDERWEAR?! -Yoink-, where’d my pants go THIS time?!

How do you know? Maybe you shouldn’t make assumptions about how they run their company ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Because I’m still in school and have no intention of running my own multi-billion-dollar organization anytime in the near future?

Fun Fact: All games start out as bare-bones packages. Most Dev’s try to finish theirs before they release it though :>
Jokes aside, care to come up with an example that isn’t the universally criticized for a lack of content, “Destiny”? Keeping in mind Destiny was designed from the outset to last over an extensive period of time.
> 2758454771777780;1:

Just because Destiny did it doesn’t mean “That’s the way it is now.”
And really, we could say the same about any number of problems in the world. Just because “that’s the way it is now” doesn’t mean it isn’t a problem, that it shouldn’t be changed, or that we as people cannot complain about it. What’s that, the lead based paint in kids toys is giving them significant health issues? I guess that’s the way it is now! Could you imagine a batman film that went “Crime rates are at an all time high!” While Bruce Wayne just sat there sipping tea and thinking to himself “Well that’s a darned shame.”

Said no one ever on and online forum. After MCC feedback in general is pretty positive, I mean I don’t see any refund threads yet
You. SilentA98. Nice responses.
Ah, the “get over it and adapt” argument. Let’s blindly accept Halo 5’s business model, even though it’s a bad one, because . . . well, that’s just the way it is. Nice argument, OP.
