I bought 3 packs in a row and each time it showed a gold pack and then never opened up. Nothing was added to my collection i check and my bank account says three transactions from ms. Thats pretty much stealing money from me. So i either need a refund or 3 gold packs. If i wanted to take ten bucks and light it on fire or flush it down the toilet i would have. I know theres a way to track it so no game glitch is gonna take my money. F that.
Make that four just restarted my box n tried again. 13 bucks. I want the content i paid for asap. This is some bs.
Try contacting microsoft or create a thread on this topic in the H5 support forums; more people should be able to help you there. I mean I myself have purchased gold pack bundles but Ive never seemed to have a problem with them not opening up. However I have heard that others had the same issue…

Stop buying them until you figure out the problem… buy the packs through waypoint if the xbox way isn’t working

There ya go. 5 now.
Everything is good it now saus open 5 packs on my unopened pack list. That was wierd.
