A few days ago, I went and looked at the old bungie.net stat tracker for Halo 3 and couldn’t help but get that nostalgic feeling seeing the old screenshots and all the other things on there. I was 18 and fresh out of high school when this game came out. The countless all nighters playing this game with friends while making new ones as well is something that i’ll cherish all my life. Custom games, an ungodly amount of pizza rolls, and endless cans of pop with my best friends all grouped around the TV. The community then was probably the best in my gaming history, and I can’t help but miss it. I’m almost 27 now and my first child was just born so my responsibilities have really limited my playing time. It’s crazy to think this game came out nearly 8 years ago now, time is flying! I was able to fire up to ol’ 360 and play a couple of matches last night, and couldn’t help but have a slight smile at the memories it brings back. This post really isn’t going anywhere I realize, but I needed somewhere to write it down and get it out. I’d love to hear some of your favorite memories of playing. You can use ny of the games of course, I only have this feeling with 3 because I played it the most. Thanks for reading, and sorry if I waste anyones time haha.
I literally only bought Halo 3 a week ago and all ready I’ve made some great memories.Made loads of new friends and met some really interesting people all in the space of 7 days,I can’t imagine how great it must have been back in 2007-2010 days when it had an active community
