I was just passing by the TV earlier, and I saw a Halo 4 ad appear. I was pleasently surprised by this at first, since TV ads for Video Games here in Australia is rare as hell.
I was pretty disappointed though. At first, it looked like the E3 Awards Trailer, but extended to a way more terrible version, with an extremely crappy voice at the end:

I’m sorry, that ad was just so bad. If Microsoft is going to shell out for ads, at least make good ads to begin with.

It must have been an Australian ad only. I haven’t seen it here. I’m sure when the game is closer to release there will be a better TV ad out.
Yep, saw the same ad mate. Was on channel 9 during the lead up to the nrl grand final. Was bad quality footage, old gameplay snippets and very unprofessional.
Sure they can do better.
Currently looking for it on Youtube, but I don’t think anyone’s posted it up here. It’s certainly not the UK TV Spot, it’s more like the Accolades Trailer except without Cortana’s lines, some changed footage, and no Evil Awakens at the end.
