Spartan points, instant respawn, join in progress, spartan ops. loadouts, and perks.

I never understood this argument. Yes, in a game of Team Slayer on Halo 3 everyone spawns with exactly the same weapons etc. but within 5 seconds everyone could have different weapons. Plus on Asymmetrical maps one team may spawn closer to a Rocket Launcher than the other.
