Just ranked up twice, but didn't get season points

Not sure what happened here, but for whatever reason, I was not awarded any season points after ranking up twice. I’m concerned that when I hit max rank, I’ll be permanently unable to acquire the final two unlocks. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, what did you do to get them back?

If you are playing on PC, close down the game and re-launch it.
