Been waiting a year for Halo 5 and after a couple of nights of playing I just pre-ordered Star Wars Battlefront. Had no plans on getting that game but Halo 5 is so awful that anything would be better. This is the worst version of SWAT I’ve ever played. Haven’t seen such crap map design and re-spawn traps in all my years of playing.

I’m probably going to wait til Christmas to get BF. But I agree, this game is pretty bad.
Next game is Fallout 4 for me, had high hopes for halo 5 but all I got was disappointment.

It’s entirely up to you which game you prefer, but don’t pretend Battlefront is anything special, the only thing it has going for it is the Star Wars theme and it doesn’t even take full advantage of that. I played both Beta’s for Battlefront on PC and I honestly saw it as nothing more than a dumbed down Star Wars themed Battlefield clone. Halo 5 however, has a story that takes full advantage of its expanded universe and lore. EA didn’t even bother to take advantage of the Star Wars universe to tell their own story, Battlefront is just a barebones multiplayer game with an overpriced Season Pass AND microtransactions. Halo 5 has a unique and balanced multiplayer with microtransactions (which still shouldn’t be there, but they aren’t intrusive) and lots of free maps and games modes on the way.

This is what happens when you let a bunch of MLG kids who’s Idea of fun is span trapping scrubs design your game.
Yes Star Wars beta was awesome lots of action .im not really into Star Wars but it was so much fun.

Yeah, but I need a game with a solid PvP so I’m passing on Fallout 4.

Lol if only you knew… And really? Campaign? It’s a game where you play as Rebels and Empire. If you want to follow a campaign as a stormtrooper, cool. But that’d be way too boring.
The only thing I’m gonna miss is Galactic Conquest, but maybe they’ll add it in the sequel. They did have a very short development time, after all.
Original Star Wars Battlefront games were based off of Battlefield.

LOL, I pre-ordered it in June on PS4, and the beta just made me want it more.
