After careful consideration, I’ve decided that you’re right. I’ll be creating a new account to rid myself of my pointless Legendary completions, switching to PC so I can play campaign with god mode enabled, and will only be playing multiplayer with my cat. Challenges and rewards are just a stupid modern gamer thing that prevent what matters most: FUN.
I have to agree on your point that the most essential part with any game is to have fun. For me, this involves to count the number of unique ways to customize my spartan and to explore the surface of Zeta Halo.
Playing for fun is a good thing, but that was very short lived for me knowing how barebon the game is. I feel I bought a full game but I got screwed when it comes to content added to the game.
I don’t think in 35 years I have ever bought a game that is as barebon as this game actually is, not to mention the absurd amount of issues that came with it
The more I play this game the more I realize how awful it really is. As a full package and as far as movement is considered halo 5 was a much better experience and a better package overall.
