If you buy the halo 4 limited edition xbox 360 version at release at Nov. 6, does it come with the hazop armor?

The haz op armor is in every edition of the game. If you mean the forest camo skin you need to have preordered from gamestop to get it. Usually the code for it is on the receipt.
